Shipping policy

We ship by UPS Gound, Fedex ground or parcel post. However, UPS 2nd-day, FEDEX Priority, and Priority Mail are available; additional charges apply. For PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs parcel post are also available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - Parcel Post, Fedex, UPS International are available. Standard International service is through DirectLink- a division of the Swedish postal service.

Direct Link Tracking numbers can be entered here. This is not your order number and is tracked separately (usually starts with the letter R). 

 Please note: it is our experience that not all local postal services consistently scan packages for tracking upon arrival. If you cannot see your package being tracked, please contact your local post and lodge a formal request to trace it.

Most postal services are required by law to follow up on all such requests.
